HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED? 
​Most of our products are made to order. Usually we are very fast and 1-3 business days are enough to complete almost any product. Personalized and modified according to customer requirements items are usually produced within 2-5 business days.

​HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED? 
After your products are finished we will ship via Latvijas Pasts standard shipping service that includes tracking information.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct name and shipping address when placing your order. If your parcel is returned because the address given to us is incorrect, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. ​

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. We are not liable for any import tax or duty charges issued by your country's national import office. Such charges are issued to the recipient and are not controlled by kukuruka.com in any way. Import taxes and taxes vary from country to country and they usually depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please contact your local customs office.
